Our Tree of Knowledge (TOK) Lager is named after one of the oldest and largest oak trees located in historic downtown Arcadia. Lagers are considered the easiest of beers to drink with little hop taste and simple flavor. The use of Pale malts, Cara-Pils and flaked rice give it the light color and taste.

On January 20, 2025, Louis and Amanda brewed an IPA while watching the 47th president swear in to office. This IPA has Irish Malt grains in the recipe that give it its red color. A slightly piney with a dash of juicy but altogether tasty addition to the Three Trees Brewing Co.'s original brews.

In late October 2024, two brewmasters-in-training tried brewing without notes and by memory. They forgot a key step. One valve on the Brewha system was unchecked and when they turned on the pump the hose released 208°F liquid all over the brew area and the guys. We are grateful that only minor burns on non-important areas were realized. The liquid received a name, "Splash Zone Stout", and remnants of the liquid remain on the back wall of the brew area of Three Trees Brewing Co. See for yourself!
A traditional Irish Stout named after the street that leads into the heart of downtown. This is a black beer with a dry roasted character thanks to the use of roasted barley.
Familiar to a famous Nitro Irish Stout, our Oak Street Stout will bring a smile to your face and a warmth to your belly.
Made with Maris Otter Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Roasted Barley, East Kent Golding hops, and S-04 yeast.

This blonde ale is different from the 17/70, with a story of its own. Acrefoot Johnson was known for his miles long trek delivering post mail from Nocatee to Brownville. With a nod to DeSoto's agriculture, we named our first fruit flavored brews after the man who walked barefoot through the groves to deliver mail. The Acrefoot Ale has more oats than barley, giving it a smooth mouth feel. The strawberry is a tasty treat that adds depth to this blonde ale and our tap menu.

In the early days of DeSoto County, "Gospel Wagons" would travel the Indian trails, sandy paths, and swampy roads to bring clothes, food, and Good News to settlers. Wagon Wheat Ale was named after the tradition of bringing good things to the residents of Arcadia. With this drink in hand, you will want to read Howard Melton's "Footprints & Landmarks".

1905 Rauchbier is named for the thanksgiving fire of 1905 that burned down all downtown Arcadia, except for 3 buildings, which were the only block commercial buildings at the time. This is a German-style Ale known for its smoky flavor and brownish hue by using Munich, Cara Munich malts, and Pilsner.

Same great story as "Splash Zone Stout" but with Black Cherry infused before kegging.
Tastes like delicious brown bread, some nuttiness, and a hint of black cherry with a nice mouth feel and high drinkability.
Made with Pale Malt, Flaked Barley, Roasted Barley, East Kent Golding hops, and S-04 yeast.

Named after the Peace River that runs 106 miles from Polk County through Hardee, DeSoto, and Charlotte ending in Charlotte Harbor. Peace River Pumpkin Porter has the look of the river with the aroma and taste of pumpkin spice. A refreshing yet hearty addition to the Three Trees Brewing Co.'s original brews.

This blonde ale is different from the 17/70, with a story of its own. Acrefoot Johnson was known for his miles long trek delivering post mail from Nocatee to Brownville. With a nod to DeSoto's agriculture, we named our second blonde ale after the man who walked barefoot through the groves to deliver mail. The Acrefoot Ale has more oats than barley, giving it a smooth mouth feel. The scent and flavor of guava is a tasty treat that adds depth to this blonde ale and our tap menu.

Just like our Oak Street Stout but with a hint of Tiramisu.

Being the first beer made by us, we pay tribute to our very first County Seat which was Pine Level. This American Pale Ale using Centennial Hops is not to bitter and not to hoppy. This brew is just right for a beginner IPA. Hope you enjoy this first!
Definitely a piney IPA you'll enjoy with every sip.
Made with Pale Malt, Caramel/Crystal Malt, Centennial hops, S-05 yeast.

17/70 Blonde Ale is named after our location at the intersection of Hwy 17 and Hwy 70 in the historic district of our small town. One of the easier to drink beers with a light color and flavor. A light and refreshing taste. Enjoy!
Most light beer drinkers tend to go for this popular Three Trees Brewing Co. original Blonde Ale.
